Prerequisites for employment consideration:

• If applying for RECE or Montessori Teacher: Must be a registered early childhood educator OR a Montessori Accredited Teacher from an Accredited Montessori Teachers College Diploma Course.
  
  
• All positions: Must have a valid CPR/First Aid certification level C. and all health documents (contract for more information if you don't know what is required).
  
  
• RECE or Montessori School: Must have ample experience in a licensed childcare setting or Montessori school or newly graduated.  Experience with exceptional needs is an asset.

• All staff: Must have a deep passion for early childhood education and have a desire to grow professionally and personally.

• Assistant teachers must have experience with children and a strong desire to learn.

• Cooks:  Experience cooking for a large group of people/children every day; ability to multi-task and handle food groceries, food prep, cooking, safe and responsible food handling according to public health and centre standards. Prep and cook meals according to all food sensitivities and preferences. Organizational skills, productivity and patience is a prerequisite.

• Cleaner: Must be flexible with daily cleaning schedule and must have weekend availability.  Experience is an asset, productivity is critical.

• Handyperson: Must be available on an on-call basis, and must be able to do general handyperson fixes and household type improvements as required.
